Researcher, Advocate, and Changemaker
Rosevitha Ndumbu is a Namibian researcher, digital rights advocate, and lawyer with a strong focus on promoting transparency and safeguarding communities’ digital rights. Rosevitha holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Namibia and has made significant contributions in the fields of governance, public policy, and anti-corruption.
Her professional journey began in 2020 when she joined the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) as a researcher for the Namibia Fact Check project. Her work has since expanded into the Integrity Namibia project, where she continues to lead impactful research that shapes Namibia’s future.
As Vice-President of the Internet Society Namibia Chapter, Rosevitha has advocated for digital rights across the country, empowering individuals and communities to protect their online presence. Her work emphasizes the importance of using data-driven approaches to solve the nation’s most pressing challenges, from youth unemployment to education reform.
