Dedicated Researcher, Digital Rights Advocate, and Lawyer

Rosevitha Ndumbu is a Namibian researcher, digital rights advocate, and lawyer committed to empowering communities to safeguard their digital rights and security. Currently, she works as an Associate Researcher at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR), where she leads impactful projects on governance and transparency.

Rosevitha’s advocacy extends beyond research; as the Vice-President of the Internet Society Namibia Chapter and an AfriSIG 2023 alumnus, she continues to push for data-driven solutions to pressing societal issues. Her work has been instrumental in driving public discourse on youth unemployment, education reform, and anti-corruption in Namibia.
